Our business hours are Monday u2013 Friday 8.30 am u2013 5.00pm. We can organise pick up and drop off outside of these hours.

Car Rental vehicles must remain within the Australian state of Victoria. All waivers will be void due to breach of contract should vehicles not remain in the state of Victoria. Car Rentals vehicles are NOT permitted on unsealed roads or four-wheel drive tracks. Our vehicles are only permitted on sealed bitumen roads.

A cancellation will incur a 10% loss of the total rental if cancelled prior to 7 days of the booking. If the cancellation is within 7 days of the booking there will be no refund.

Debit cards and Credit Cards including Visa and MasterCard for the payment of the rental. A surcharge applies to all direct debit and Credit Card payments. We do not accept payment from Amex or Diners Club Cards.
